A test ride is a short, hands-on session where you ride the exact Moovi model you are thinking about buying, the G2 or the G3, with an instructor coaching you the whole way. We bring the board and the gear. By the end you know how it feels, which model fits you, and whether it is the right call, all before you spend a dollar on one.
Why test ride before you buy?
- Feel the board, not the spec sheet. Numbers only tell you so much. Stability, speed, and how the power comes on are things you have to feel.
- Confirm the right model and size. A heavier or first-time rider usually wants the bigger, more stable G3 (330 lb load). A confident rider may prefer the sportier G2. A test ride settles it.
- No guesswork, no pressure. If a Moovi is not right for you, we will tell you straight. Better to find out now than after it ships.

How a test ride works
You meet your instructor and gear up, get a quick safety and remote briefing on land, then ride the Moovi on the calm flats of Biscayne Bay with real-time coaching. Most first-timers are riding within 30 minutes, so you get a true feel for the board, not just a few seconds on it. Brand new to electric surfboards? A full lesson (coming soon) is the better starting point.
Test ride or lesson, which do you need?
Choose a test ride if you are close to buying and want to try the exact Moovi before you commit.
Choose a lesson if you mainly want to learn to ride and have fun on the water. Book an electric surfboard lesson (coming soon) instead.
