First, you need to attach the mast to the bottom of the board. Make sure to tuck the cords into the hole at the bottom.
Then, use the bolts to secure it into place. Next, flip the board over so that you can access the front panel. Turn the latches to open the hatch where the battery is stored. Attach the color-coordinated cables, and then re-secure the panel into place, making sure that the buttons are facing up.
After that, attach the handlebars using the track nuts and bolts. Once the handlebars are on, you can slide on the remote and secure it with the lever.
